Cochinita pibil: you cannot miss the opportunity to eat this dish from Peninsula de Yucatan prepared in the traditional underground oven. Saturdays and Sundays at the combis stop, go buy before 9 AM, it is so delicious that they run out fast. 6. Cenote Xunaan-Ha: On the main road. Tell them you are neighbor from El Santuario to get a discount. It has toilets, no pets allowed. 7. In Chan Chemuyil, you will find two cenotes at one extreme of the town. They are small and for free. 8. Xcacel-Xcacelito Beach: Cross the highway to reach the entrance. It is a natural reserve for the sea turtle, so a fee entrance is charged.
