This is a fully equipped house with the main living area upstairs which has 3 average size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and 1 full size bathroom. Two of the bedrooms offer queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. For your comfort we have AC units in all the bedrooms and the living room. The downstairs is an entertainment area with a variety of board games. With an additional fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven with stove-top, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and cookware. There is ample room with a seating area and a dining table. Best of all a full size bathroom with shower downstairs. Guest will have access to the main house except the room downstairs which is the host/staff supply room. If Guest have any questions or concerns they may contact us through the Airbnb platform during their stay. Located just 10 minutes from Charco Azul river with caves. As well as 35 minutes from two of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico Mar Chiquita and Playa Puerto Nuevo! 4x4 vehicles are always recommended in the mountainside. You will experience sounds of nature: roosters, cats, frogs, insects and other birds. There is also an outdoor cat that frequents the premises we call her Chacha. She’s been visiting us since we bought the property. Please do not let her in the house as she is not an indoor cat. Please note that because you are in the countryside, you may encounter insects and lizards downstairs as it is an open area in the house. We routinely fumigate and clean everything to minimize the possibilities of this happening, but because we are surrounded by nature, sometimes these encounters can't be avoided. Please note- hurricane season is from June 1-November 30. Airbnb does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance as they state they are “foreseeable”, therefore the host’s cancellation policy will apply. We strongly urge guests to purchase insurance with weather related protection either through Airbnb or otherwise to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes in plans. Purchasing insurance is always encouraged, but it is especially important for reservations between the above dates.
