It's a spacious vacation rental that's close to El Yunque, awesome restaurants, the airport, and even Hacienda Sieste Alegre. The views are absolutely mind-blowing, and we have a heated pool for you to enjoy. It's perfect for big groups, with stylish living spaces and a super relaxing shared pool area. Oh, and don't forget to check out the nearby attractions like the incredible El Yunque National Forest. The property is a multi-family triplex, which means it consists of three separate units that are attached to each other. This listing is for House #2/Unit #2 which is the main house with 2Bed and 1Baths. It has a front patio with a play axe throwing game, and patio table. The inside has an amazing open concept living space with a Giant 4k TV for indoor viewing. Views of El Yunque in backyard spaces. You also have a back door that goes directly to the pool! As for the pool, it is shared among the guests of the three units being rented. Guests have access to the front and inside of House#2/Unit#2. Guests will also have access to the shared pool and pool area. We be available to offer help throughout your stay and will message through the platform. Once you book, we send you a discount account code for the major rental companies that gives you 20-30% off! It gets sent to you about 20 minutes after you book I believe. Once you get the code, you can book your rental car directly with the Hertz, Budget, National, or Enterprise. We do not book the car for you. On a different note, please keep in mind that this property is located in a mountain area with a breathtaking view, one of the best of Rio Grande, due this reason in this area it is normal to find different species of insects like flies, ladybugs, spiders, mosquitoes and lizards, etc. Nonetheless, they are harmless and we invite you to enjoy all our facilities designed especially for living the best experience for you. We spray for bugs with a professional on a regular basis, please be aware that our place is located in a forest area, and eliminating them completely is challenging. When the rainy season starts (mostly June - October but it rains a lot in Rio Grande), we highly recommend you keep your doors closed to prevent mosquitoes from entering.
