Located inside a beautiful residential community of Aldea Zamá situated perfectly half way between the beach and Tulum's town! It's the best location in Tululm! You can bike or walk the Aldea Zamá community too. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know! - Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property. - Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation - A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid from moving furniture - Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed. - We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay.
