Saigon Lakeview is a spacious 5-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 20 guests. Located in the peaceful neighborhood of District 7 in Saigon, our place is just a few steps away from a local park and overlooks a lovely eco lake. Our outdoor terrace and swimming pool are perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Sleep soundly on our top-quality mattresses and wake up refreshed! An entertainment room with mirror walls and a karaoke machine for you to sing and dance. This five-story building has something for everyone. The first floor houses the lobby and a small office where three staff members work behind closed doors. You'll hardly even notice them! The second and third floors are where you'll find your accommodations. The third floor also has an entertainment room. The fourth floor is an open space with a swimming pool, kitchen, and dining area that are all for your private use. Your keycards will be waiting for you at reception. If you arrive between 8 am and 5 pm, someone will be there to greet you and show you around the house. The neighborhood is an upscale area that is well-maintained, pleasant, and peaceful. Our place is just a 3-minute walk to various coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. The basement provides ample parking space for one car and up to five motorcycles. Grab (similar to Uber) is usually 5-minutes away. - Breakfast is not included in the room price. - Lakeview Villa will only allow registered guests to use its facilities and does not allow unregistered guest to stay overnight at the residence. We offer a variety of entertainment options including birthday event, company event, holiday event, BBQ party, cocktail party, finger food party... Please note that all services must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance and the cost of services is not included in the room price.
