Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We have two rooms listed on Airbnb. We refer to this room as The Cozy Room. You will find all the amenities you expect and more when staying away from home. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible with a "home away from home" welcoming. We offer a 2 person max. in our rooms. Your room will have: - queen size bed - full bath - mini refrigerator with freezer - microwave - coffee maker - ice bucket (ice maker located at bar in living room) - assortment of coffee k-pods and creamers - hair dryer - walk-in closet with iron and ironing board - 2 terry cloth bath robes - walk-in closet with iron and ironing board and luggage rack The Cozy Room has a 48" TV, a desk and chair, bedside tables and dresser. It also has adjacent access to the pool and spa through the bath area. ~ Do you enjoy wine? You will be given a complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival.~ There is access to a shared laundry room with washer and dryer. Water is available in your room refrigerator or the large refrigerator in the laundry room. You will have access to the kitchen, and the living room (with fireplace during cooler months of the year) if you so desire. We want you to feel right at home, so if there is something additional we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please do not hesitate to ask. Pool/Spa There is a pool and spa which overlooks a greenbelt with hillside views. The spa seats up to 15 and has an infinity edge and fountain features. The pool has a full length faux infinity edge. In the pool area, we have 2 propane fire pits which can be used at any time during your stay. One fire pit has seating for 4. There is also seating for 2 at the spa. There are privacy screens on either side of the pool and spa which can be used during the day for privacy. On the lower level, from the pool, there is a sofa and 2 side chairs, dining table and chairs and a gas grill. We do not keep the spa heated continuously, so please allow up to 2 hrs. for spa to heat, depending on the current temperature. Music is streamed patio and poolside. If different music is desired, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Quiet time begins at 11:00pm Sunday-Thursday and 1:00am Friday and Saturday. Guests will have additional access to kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, pool and spa as well as the patio, grill and outside dining table and chairs. We are Jim and Patty, both retired and have **3 small fur-babies, Nellie, Chloe and Daisy. We have often talked about opening our home as a bed and breakfast and finally decided to make the leap of faith. We love to entertain, we enjoy going to the local wine bar, Devine, fine dining and we can't imagine ourselves without a pool and spa. It is ageless fun for everyone. We hope you will come stay with us. You will be welcome with open arms. NOTE: If you happen to leave your toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc., at home, we probably have what you need, so please do not hesitate to ask. We have forgotten items many times over our years of travel, generally toiletries, so please let us know. **While we do our best to keep our dog children separate from our guests, there will probably be a time of interaction with them. They are sweet, playful, shy and love people. During the day they will roam to and from their side yard. If you are not a dog person or persons, or have allergies to dogs, this BnB would probably not be suited for you. ...Clothing Optional... Just so you know: You can enjoy being in the pool and spa to your clothing comfort level.
