Two modern and brand new one bedroom beach villas nestled in the heart of Puntas neighborhood, just a short distance from some of Rincon's world-famous beaches, bars, and restaurants. Featuring breathtaking ocean and jungle views, Las Casitas at Puntas is an ideal place to disconnect from life's stressors and enjoy a private space immersed within nature. Each Casita has its own private pool, patio and BBQ space. This is an extortionary Luxury Casita that you will not want to leave. Casita Azure is a Luxury Beach Villa with a private pool, high ceilings and an open-concept area which offers indoor-outdoor living with stunning oceans views of Aguadilla Bay. The home is ideal for couples but can host up to 3 people. The Villa features one air-conditioned bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and an outdoor shower. A fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a queen sofa bed in the living room complement the space. It also offers wifi, smart tv, gas BBQ grill and beach essentials, like beach towels and chairs. Each window has a pull down blackout curtain for optimal privacy during the stay. Grocery stores & shopping are less than five minutes by car. You are welcome to use the entire house, the pool and the yard but please DO NOT go up on the roof or any of the areas identified as prohibited. Please do not disturb guests in the other Casita. I am available if needed, but like to give guests their space. If you need anything please reach out This is a quiet residential street that is a mix of full time residents and rentals. The Puntas neighborhood is iconic with beautiful beaches, amazing views, local establishments and amazing surf breaks. Just a short 30 second drive down the hill to Sandy beach area Rental car is STRONGLY recommended. Rental car companies available: Hertz, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Target Car Rental, Charlies Car Rental. We do not have Uber in Rincon. We have local taxis that need to be scheduled ahead of time and can get expensive. The villa is equipped with a backup power generator and water cistern to provide uninterrupted use of electricity and water. The water heater is high-efficiency and tankless, please allow a few minutes for it to get warm. Help us reduce our carbon footprint by being mindful of your energy consumption. Follow energy conservation practices, like turning off the A/C if you are not using it or closing doors while the A/C is on. For your security, there are outdoor security cameras at the entry access points of the property. The villa has concrete floors which are slippery when wet. Please dry your feet before entering the villa. Apply your sunscreen outside of the villa to avoid slippery floors. We also ask that you remove all sunscreen before using the furnishings to avoid stains. There are some Palm trees on the property for your enjoyment. These are trimmed frequently, but if not, please do not step under them and beware of falling coconuts. During your visit you may encounter some of the Caribbean wildlife that live among us. You may hear coquis (our endemic frog), roosters, horses and may receive the visit of iguanas, as well as some of the cats and dogs from the neighborhood. There are also many opportunities to observe birds like Venezuelan troupials, red hawks, Puerto Rican parrots and grey kingbirds.
