We are always available to assist guests when needed Located in Los Angeles, a small village outside Moyogalpa. This is a large private property, plenty of parking available. Buses and taxis available The house is close to the lake and public transport. You’ll love it because of the views, the people, and the location. It is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). It is an older home, probably in need of a lick of paint, but the house is clean. It is a private home, not a hotel. As you are in beautiful Nicaragua, you will spend most of your time outside the home, so please enjoy the scenery! The house is clean and ready for guests. We would ask that you leave the house in the same condition that you found it. It is a private home, not a hotel. As you will have doors and windows open, expect some dust from the land around the house. Probably in need of a lick of paint inside, but clean and spacious. Get in touch with our property manager if you need anything. Please remember that we are on a tropical island. There are bugs and insects so bring any protection needed. They will also at times enter the house, just get in touch with us. At times, there are power outages on the Island, this can affect electricity and water. Candles and filtered water are available if needed. Wifi is Fibre Optic (20mg)so you have good connection depending on power on the Isla. Added note- towels seem to disappear at an alarming rate so if you can, please bring your own. There are 2 bathrooms that you can use, however the downstairs shower is unavailable, only the toilet and wash basin. We want to do what we can to make your stay with us pleasurable.
