Sun Kissed Villa is a relaxing, comfortable and cozy condominium. It is nestled at the highest point in Columbus Heights, Ocho Rios, with the most amazing views of the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and the town. Enjoy her views from every room and enjoy refreshing ocean breeze from one of her balconies. Centrally located near the town with easy access to restaurants, night life, groceries, pharmacies and duty free shopping. Attractions in close proximity are Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin's Cove, MargaritaVille, Mystic Mountain, Island Village duty free shopping with beach access, Turtle Towers Beach, The Board Walk, Ocho Rios Jerk Centre, various motorized and non-motorized water sports, some of the island's best local dining, craft market, local beaches and rivers. We also recommend booking tours in advance, as to maximize your experience on our island. If you are not driving from the airport, we recommend you take JUTA Tours or the Knutsford Express, which both have a desks at the airport. If you are taking the Knutsford Express, Columbus Heights located across the street from the bus stop, where you can walk to the property or take a local taxi for a small fee. If you are travelling with Juta Tours, they will take you exactly to our condo. Guests will have access on property to a fully furnished kitchen, WiFi, cable T.V., phase 5 pool and lush manicured gardens on over 5 acres of property. Butler / Cook service available at an additional cost. (Arrange service with house keeper) Paid gym is also available on site. Interaction with guests We will be available to try to fulfill the needs of all our guests. The place is quiet and peaceful with a spectacular view of the sea and ocho Rios . Getting around is easy. it's a short walk to the town with convenient stores , restaurants , fun and excientment , however to come back to the villa it is a steep walk . It won't be difficult for the average and fit person but we recommend taking a taxi or renting a car . A number for a well trusted taxi is provided at the villa on check in or Beverly (the house keeper) can arrange a ride for you . you will be able to keep up with your Netflix programs as there is a smart television in the living room . you can also cast music from your phone to the television.
