This loft is perfect for a quiet place to stay out of the hustle and bustle. The apartment is over the detached garage and provides ample space for guests. A comfy king size bed is ready and waiting for a peaceful nights sleep as well as an air mattress for extra guests. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave as well as an electric skillet and griddle. The apartment boasts a spacious bathroom with standup shower and walk in closet. Washer/dryer combo provided in apartment as well. Entire upstairs apartment available for your use. Including washer/dryer. There is not a stove/oven in the loft. Please do not open storage spaces in apartment. Also, please do not touch anything in the garage as these are private belongings. We have found that most of our guests enjoy the privacy of our loft. Unless we happen upon each other outside, we probably will not see each other at all. We are not being unfriendly, we just do not want to disturb you. Most guests are coming through, exhausted from their travels and do not want to chat. HOWEVER, if you’re up for a visit we LOVE meeting our guests! Usually, we are outside working around our farm. We are always available via messaging service through the app! I do my best to reply very quickly! We are just a few minutes off of I-65 and centrally located between the Lebanon and Whitestown exits. 20-30 minutes from downtown depending on which part of the city you are heading to 25 minutes to the Indy Speedway 5 minutes to the Boone County Fairgrounds 15 to the Lizton Wedding Barn 30 minutes to Grand Park 5 minutes to Lebanon Sports Complex Please park at 3rd bay of garage. **Absolutely NO SMOKING on the property** We have lots of animals on our property! You may hear our rooster in the morning and our goats hollaring for breakfast. Rosie will loudly greet you upon (every) arrival. Her job here on our small farm is to keep our chickens and goats safe….as well as save the kids from the Amazon driver🙃
