Just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, get some good rest in this cozy little Casita after enjoying everything that the beautiful Bay of Tela has to offer. 3 bedrooms with AC, 3 bathrooms, open-concept living-dining-cooking, screened-in porch, car port and grassy area make for an inviting and homey place to relax with the family. Additional amenities and conveniences include 3 floor fans, 2 TVs with cable and WiFi. Casa M-28, “La Casita,” is cozy and feels spacious. The architectural design is such that each room is a private oasis but where everyone comes together in the heart of the home. 1. Open Concept Communal Areas. Whether gathered around a meal, a game, or the cable TV, enjoy open concept kitchen-dining-living room spaces with the family. AC unit available. 2. Screened In Porch. Enjoy the tropical vibes without the bites! Swing on the hammock or enjoy a meal “outside" while the screen-in and roofed porch protects you from the elements and it’s inhabitants. Great for watching the birds, squirrels, and iguanas play in the tree! 3. How many beds? “La Casita” M-28 has a total of 4 beds: 1-Queen size in the Principal Room 1-Full size in the Matrimonial Room 2-Twin size beds in the Twins Room Each bedroom has its own AC unit. 4. How many bathrooms? You will find a total of 3 bathrooms with shower. —>Two bathrooms are inside of rooms, “en suite,” in the Principal and Matrimonial rooms respectively. —>One bathroom is at the end of the hallway, next to the Twins Room. * Please note that although currently there is no hot water, the water is ambient temperature: usually warm or hot depending on the temperature and time of day. 5. Parking. - There is covered parking for 1-2 cars (depending on size) under the carport. - Plus, there is a semi-circular front driveway that can fit another 1-2 cars. * Please keep in mind that parking or idling on the street is prohibited. 6. Neighborhood. La Casita M-28 is located within Residencial Honduras Shores Plantation, a beautiful and secure development. 7. Beach Access. The house is a quick 5-10 minute (300-meter) WALK TO THE BEACH! La Casita M-28 is one of the few houses that are closest to the access points to the beach. —> Please keep in mind that THERE IS A FEE to access the beach through the Club. ***HOWEVER, THERE IS A PUBLIC ACCESS PATH JUST EAST of the Club’s gated entrance. Please message me for more information. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, parking areas, and surrounding green spaces are available for your enjoyment. (Owners' storage room remains locked) One of the nice characteristics of the neighborhood is the absence of "muros" walls and gates separating the houses. It feels very open and safe. Additionally, I will provide you with the House Manager's number to assist you during your stay if you cannot reach me. All important numbers are posted on the refrigerator for your convenience. Casa M-28 is located in a secure and lovely residential development called Honduras Shores Plantation (HSP), situated between the villages of San Juan and Tornabé. With a combination of beautiful homes and green spaces, HSP is a serene place to be with access to an arm of the Lagoon Los Micos at the Southern perimeter and the welcoming Caribbean Sea to the North. Don’t forget to enjoy the night sky. Since the neighborhood is not in an urban area, stargazing is nice, especially at the beach. Finally, to keep HSP secure, it is necessary that everyone check in with the guard station. ***Kindly provide the names and DNI (or passport number) of everyone in your group to me days before your arrival so that I can let security know. ****Please remember that only those registered to stay in the house are allowed in the neighborhood. Casa M-28 is in a beach destination location. Please keep in mind that the last 5kms before you get to Honduras Shores Plantation are not paved. A tall car is ideal, but sedans are able to maneuver too. Also, to make your time enjoyable, I recommend bringing plenty of provisions and a little patience to truly enjoy your vacation journey. Ahead of your check in, I will send you a "Prep" letter so you can stock up at home or at one of the local supermarkets. Delivery services are available although I am unfamiliar with them. Please keep in mind the following:- 1. There is no hot water. No hay agua caliente. 2. There are no laundry facilities available. No hay lavandería ni pila. 3. The last 5kms of the road to reach the neighborhood are not paved. A tall car is ideal, but sedans maneuver too. During rainy season, check in with me if your car is very low to the ground.
