It’s one of the most coveted communities on the island. The community is fun to walk through and offers an overlook where you can watch golfers as well as sunsets. There is a community pool and spa located in the center of the community. The Outrigger Resort and Keauhou Bay are a short 10-minute stroll. Holuakai is a peaceful and friendly gated neighborhood. Our property offers two private parking spots located in front of the garage. Keauhou is a lush community just 15 minutes south of Kona town.
