This beautiful, beachfront condo is located in a very small complex. With all that's going on in the world today, we know you want a safe and healthy vacation. We are fortunate that there are only 4 units in Tkelcondo, so that we can offer your own palapa for your own private use. You can relax, read and take some sun. We also have designated pool areas for our guests to relax around so with your own palapa, your own pool area and your own condo unit, you can feel safe and enjoy your vacation. If you do smoke, we ask you to please smoke out on the terrace. You will have the whole condo for yourselves to enjoy and relax in. We have wonderful Jaysu who can help you with any of your questions. PS: Please be aware that there are a lot of listings for Puerto Morelos,(Port Side) that are not actually in Puerto Morelos portside. We only have about 300 vacation rentals in portside but there over 600 listed in our area!!!They are located on different access roads, miles down the beach or are in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and other all-inclusive resorts around Mexico or out on the highway. •If your more than a 20 to 30 minute walk into the village, then you are not where you should be!! So if you really want the best vacation ever in a quaint little fishing village that is super friendly and not too over run with tourists, make sure the property is in PUERTO MORELOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most of our guests do not rent cars and will walk into the village and back or take a taxi back, cost about $4. We also have phones in our units to call for a taxi if needed or to use as call number back home. You can also rent bikes in the village and run around on them.
