Welcome to our home! This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house comes with a stunning open-concept living area, so you can cook dinner while binge-watching Netflix. We have a variety of options for beds, and will work with you to set up the house comfortably for your stay. This home has three bedrooms, two full baths and a large living space and kitchen. We hope you feel relaxed here and at home! All of the main floor and upstairs. Everything but the basement. We will be traveling during your stay, but are accessible via messaging and phone and will have a local property manager you can contact in case of emergency. We love our neighborhood! It's located in South Broad Ripple (a neighborhood in Indianapolis with great restaurants, parks, and nightlife) and is just a 12-minute drive to Mass Ave., 20 minutes to the Convention Center, 15 minutes to The Fashion Mall at Keystone, etc. You can get to Broad Ripple Avenue restaurants/bars in 7 minutes. We live on a quiet street nearby a local elementary school. It's easy to get around by Lyft or Uber. We are also near the bus line. Our family of three calls this home. We have two loveable cats that will be in the basement, with a separate entrance so we can check on them. For this reason, the washer/dryer will not be accessible, unless specially requested.*
