Come and enjoy your stay in this chic apartment, right on Ashford Avenue in Condado. This is a privileged location near the beach, water activities, restaurants, hotels, casinos, spas, and nightlife. This is a chic one bedroom / one bathroom apartment located in Condado, one of the most touristic places in Puerto Rico. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a desk area. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a 50" TV. Both the bedroom and the living area have A/C units. The kitchen has an eat-in area and is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay (microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooktop, and all kitchen utensils and basic stuff as well as paper towels, dish soap, napkins, and coffee filters). It is important for me to make sure you are comfortable and happy! The home is located in Condado, one of San Juan’s most exclusive neighborhoods. The beach, shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife are all within easy walking distance, and it’s a short drive to Old San Juan and Isla Verde. The apartment is nearby anything you might need during your stay. There is a variety of restaurants, from local cuisine to all American favorites and fine dining that are within walking distance, or a short drive away. Between a small radius you will find spas, casinos, bars and nightlife, as well as yoga/pilates classes, surfing lessons, paddle boarding, and of course, the beach! There are a 24-hour Walgreens and 24-hour CVS Pharmacy about a 5-minute walk. If you don’t rent a car, there are many places you can visit that are a short drive away. You could use public transportation, a taxi or Uber. Most trips on Uber would be about $5 to $10 to nearby areas, such as Old San Juan (a must-go if you are in San Juan), La Placita de Santurce (nightlife), Isla Verde (urban beaches), and the airport. We provide all linens and towels, an ironing board, an iron and a hair dryer for your use. We also have beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for your convenience. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so we provide bathroom essentials such as bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, body lotion and toothpaste. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement of the building.
