Looking for a place to relax? Our beautiful “Villa Serena” is just the space you are seeking for. Located at one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful areas in "Combate Beach", this family friendly, three level townhouse is made for 8 guests to feel welcome in a temporary stay that is sure to make you feel at home. Our townhouse includes three cozy levels to relax in. The 1st level offers a homey environment for all guests to come together and feel at ease. It includes a nice kitchen with access to different devices that may be useful to your stay. These include: an electric stove with its oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker, as well as all the cooking utensils you may need with basic necessities such as paper towels, dish soap, a cleaning sponge, etc. We also offer a few extras to make your stay more pleasant. You will also find a half bathroom, a lovely dining room area, as well as a comfortable living room space where the guests can feel free to rest and watch TV with our wireless services or enjoy a family friendly board/card game. This space also includes a sofa that converts into a comfy queen sized bed. We have also prepared a “beach spot”, which provides you with anything you might find useful to take on a beach day with you and have a more enjoyable, fun day at whichever beautiful sandy shore you choose to visit. In the 2nd level you will find two cozy bedrooms with air conditioning units, as well as a full bathroom. The bathroom includes basic items such as bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and towels to meet your necessities. The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, a smart TV, and access to a walk-in closet with entrance to the bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full sized bunk bed with an extra twin bed drawer hidden underneath and an extra full size futon to accommodate our guests comfortably. An enjoyable view of either our beautiful neighborhood, or the famous Combate street life is available through the glass panels that distinguish Villa Serena architecture, but in case you need extra privacy, we also provide with blackout curtains that also helps to block out the sunshine whenever you want to stay in and relax. Last but certainly not least, we have a 3rd level terrace where family and friends can all come together and enjoy the beautiful view of our friendly neighborhood and its charming features, or our busy nightlife and beach aesthetics here at Combate. To bring our guests together, we have provided a game table and chairs in this level to compliment the friendly games we had originally supplied. This level also includes a half bathroom, as well as a sink and a countertop area to bring up snacks and make your experience more enjoyable. The distance from Camino del Mar to the famous Combate beach is approximately 8 minutes by walk and 2 minutes by car. The area provides you with local shops to meet any special needs. The local businesses include a pharmacy (Farmacia Combate del Mar), a supermarket (Supermercado Ritamar), and many different restaurants that will not fail on supplying you with exquisite tastes of seafood, steaks or unique puertorican flavors to make your stay in Combate one of a kind. Aside from beautiful beaches, and delicious food, Combate offers a busy nightlife for night owls to enjoy at hangout spots. We are also near Cabo Rojo’s main attractions, which include Los Morillos Lighthouse, “Las Salinas” (The Salt Flats), “Playuela” Beach, National Wildlife Refuge, Boquerón and Buyé Beach among others.
