This property's sits on 21 acres and there are also cabins sharing the land that we also live in. The home is cozy. Kitchen is fully equipped. Just open the cabinets & drawers. Everything you need is all there. WIFI: If you need to work during your visit. I do have a mobile wifi with good service from verizon wireless. Fee to use Wifi is $65.00 it provides 150 gb. I use the wifi daily. The speed is good and service is reliable. Arrival: Please inform host of your arrival time as soon as you know for sure. Recommended: To buy some groceries before you arrive so that you can enjoy your first morning with your favorite fruits. Convenience: We are only 4.4 miles to the Papa’aloa Country store and they have a menu for take-out and deserts with quality grocery options. Old Town Hilo: Is only 27-minute drive. All the normal conveniences are there. Maintenance: When you are not home ground maintenance are active around the home as needed. Laundry: Is handled for you. A reasonable amount one or two loads is ok. You will not have direct access to use Washer & Dryer.) Waterfall is an easy a 10 minute walk from home. About 1500 sq ft walk through a beautiful pastureland. Plan to have fun and get wet and dirty on the short hike to waterfall. It's a hike. Muddy Rocky and slippery.
