The Boom Oasis is your destination for a northern Nicaragua vacation. You’ll be greeted each morning with the sunrise, ocean waves and birds song. Located on the Boom Beach and the point of Aposentillo, if you choose to not surf, you have direct access to the point for fishing and shell hunting. All sleeping areas have AC and fans for a great nights sleep. 3.5 bathrooms, ocean front pool with Rancho for the perfect outdoor living experience. Four private rooms. One located on the second floor of the tower house (queen size bed), above the full bathroom and stocked kitchen. Another is located under the rancho- we call it the rancho room (trundle to a King size bed). The rancho room also has a refrigerator, sink and countertops. The rancho has a half bathroom. Two casitas with attached full bathrooms and king size beds. The pool is located on the beach side with private access to the boom beach. You’ll have access to everything on the property. Our caretakers will be there to help with your stay. I’m available through the app, and if needed, we can connect you with local staff to help with your stay. The boom oasis is located within private walls. Coordination will need to take place for you to have access to the property. We have a motor bike for rent, $10/day.
