You will have access to a co-working space (Honey Pot Reserve) located at the corner of the main building, shared laundry room and gated parking and coming soon - beach chairs with umbrellas. St.Maarten is a beautiful island that is easy to get around once you know the main areas for restaurant, nightlife and other activities. We are located at the head of Front Street a few minutes walk down the boardwalk to center of shopping and restaurants. Post Hurricane Irma & Maria Update: While the island has been greatly affected by Hurricane Irma a category 5+ storm. Island wide the cleanup and restoration of activities are of the highest priority! With the first cruise ship to visit November 11 and commercial flights to resume mid October - The Friendly Island is here to stay! As we are located in the center of Philipsburg buses and taxis are readily available. There is private gated parking for guests and long term tenants. Please note that currently, we are renovating the exterior of the building. Slight construction work may occur during the day - August - October. Since the property is located on the beach, there are sweet neighborhood dogs that are sometimes in the area. The dogs are friendly Caribbean dogs who may bark at night. The owners keep the dogs around to protect them, so they are not euthanized.
