Added cleaning fee charged to 2 persons needing separate rooms. This is a clean and tidy 2 level home with tastefully decorated rooms and contemporary tropical themes throughout. All bedrooms and private bath are upstairs. Everything else is downstairs. Default bedroom has the double bed. Please specify which room you wish to reserve and if needing separate beds or rooms. Guests have access to one bedroom unless reserving more than one room. All common areas including living room, kitchen, laundry and lanai are shared. There is dedicated space in the kitchen with fridge/freezer and cabinets for storing groceries. Guests get to enjoy their own private full bathroom upstairs. If only reserving one bedroom, you will still have your own dedicated bathroom. The hosts work full-time and otherwise respectful of your privacy around the house. They’re available throughout the day and night to help guide you with any questions.. Just send them a message through the Airbnb messaging app for all communications inside and outside of the home. Door knocking is discouraged in respect of everyone’s privacy. Quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Very safe area day and night. House is walking distance to the Waikele golf & country club, premium fashion outlets, shopping malls, restaurants, food trucks, Starbucks, and Safeway. Nearest gas stations are Aloha Island Mart in Waipahu. Cheapest gas is at Costco in Waipahu. A car is highly recommended. Uber/Lyft ride from airport to here starts at around $25 during non-peak times with Waikiki and Ko Olina starting at $30 each way. Avoid taxis as they can be almost double the cost. Busses are very clean however not very efficient for distant travel outside of the Waikiki area. Otherwise getting around this part of the island could not be easier as we are centrally located to the best places and beaches Oahu has to offer. Guests have one dedicated parking space in a remote controlled garage to make it easier to load/unload luggage, groceries, kids; at no additional charge. Street parking is free in case you have visitors. There is complimentary loaner beach gear in the garage available including beach chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and a surfboard with a soft rack for your vehicle. There is a private BBQ and hot tub in the lanai guests are welcome to use, however please confirm you are wanting to use the hottub at least 48hrs prior to your arrival.
