The dining room has beautiful mirrors, a lot of lighting, and a lovely dining table with enough space for a family meal. Lucea and Sandy Bay towns are minutes away. Direction to Oceanpointe and directions from the unit security post to Kelly's Ocean Paradise will be given. A bottle of wine, beers, water, snacks, coffee, and tea are all complimentary for you to enjoy. Guest booked for more than 7 days will have a deep clean of the property on or around day seven, at an agreed time. At least one guest must be present during cleaning. No pets on the property, however, guests might encounter pets within the community. The home features solar water heating, which is heating water with sunlight using a solar thermal collector, which means during the cooler months the water takes just a little bit longer to heat.
