This house features three new bed sets, high quality couches, a 65-inch TV with Netflix access, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and the best new mattresses for great rest! Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. In the master there is a king-sized bed while the second bedroom contains a queen. The third bedroom contains a queen bed as well. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's décor as well as sturdy nightstands. The living room features plenty of seating with comfy new couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area has a 65-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Four barstools allow for informal dinners, and right next to the kitchen is the dining area which has seating for guests and friends to stop by. The bathrooms are clean newly updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms. Hairdryers are attached to the wall in the bathrooms. ******House Rules******* DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DONT ACCEPT! This is NOT a party house- if you exceed 7 guests maximum without prior consent for an exception from the host you will be fined $250 and reported for unauthorized guests. No smoking, anything, anywhere on the premises or you will be fined $250. Make sure your booking reflects the actual number of guests staying or you will forfeit your deposit, example- don't book for 3 people and then have 7 in the home please, the airbnb community is built on mutual trust and respect: this action is dishonest and disrespectful. This is NOT a pet friendly home. Bringing a pet with you will result in a $250 deep cleaning fine. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies. If you have a trained and certified SERVICE animal and the guest: -requires their service animal because of a disability -Can define what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform, than this Service animal will be permitted Otherwise all animals of any kind are not permitted. ***Emotional support animals are not permitted*** Although not required by law, we would appreciate it if you would let us know that you will be traveling with a service animal in your initial booking message. All areas of the house are available for guest use with the exception of the cleaner's closet. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. We pride ourselves on our quick responses.
