There is a new mexican tiles outdoor shower that can be fully curtained off. There are two AC units ensuring the most dependable cold air at those hot times. There is also a ceiling fan. Inside the palapa is an open floor plan a “living room” area and a king-sized bed with a new high-quality mattress and high quality down and all cotton bedding and pillows. There is a couch, love seat and large chair – all of which recline or fold fully down and can make a comfortable extra guest bed in the living space. There are abundant drawers. There is a loft with a queen bed and a desk and chair. Outside, there is a dining area with new patio furniture that can seat six, an outdoor shower for washing sand from the beach, cozy chairs and a built in sofa for lounging. The kitchen is located outside and it is great to enjoy the cool mornings and warm evenings of Baja. The unit has its own restricted wifi and is fast enough to stream TV. Apple TV is included with the 54” tv. Open parking. Easy walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Pool and hot tub on site. The development charges a resort fee of $10 per week of a stay, so anything more than 7 days will have small incremental resort fee increase. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis with the pet fee of $75 per pet. For longer term stays it is applied every two weeks. I love pets and welcome them but there is a real cost in terms of wear and tear so thank you for understanding.
