Our comfortable, safe and welcoming camping area is in the nature, at a village in Namibia, a short drive from all the major towns in the area. The camping area is at a homestead, giving you privacy and at the same time, a unique and authentic African village life experience. Village life activities are available upon request to help you experience the real and authentic African village life, and truly immerse into the African culture during your visit. There is a separate fee for all the activities. Some of the activities are: - Cow and goat herding - Farming / gardening - Pounding/village food prep - Open outdoor/fire cooking - Volunteer opportunities to help improve the lives of the villagers in this area - And more…! Other fun activities available include: - Driving around and sightseeing the Northern area of Namibia - Taking a short-day or overnight trip to Angola - Going to the swimming pool near the village - Going to the local Cuca shops to eat, drink, dance and be merry. - And more…! Wi-Fi is available at a very reasonable price. There is solar and generator powered electricity for your convenience. For more added convenience, supermarkets, ATMs, Post Office etc., are a good 10–15-minute drive from our village home. The host is also available to prepare meals for you, upon request, at a reasonable fee. The host will also do laundry for you, at a reasonable fee. Airport and bus stop pickups can also be arranged.
