One-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor in complex Cedar Lodge 4, just 120m from the Gondola ski-lift. For quicker access to the ski-lift you can cross the bridge and you will be right in the ski-lift parking lot. The apartment is centrally located, surrounded by plenty of ski/ bike-rental shops, ski schools, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. It’s a great place for short and long term rental. Please let me know the reason for your visit. The apartment is quiet and spacious (approx 70 sq. m) with free Wi-Fi and Smart TV with CNN and a few local channels. You can login to your Netflex/ Amazon account and watch your favorit shows. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need during your stay. There is a sofa bed in the kitchen that can fit 2 or 3 additional people (upon request). The corridor is spacious with a laundry machine. The sheets and towels are provided for 1 week. More sheets and towels are available for an additional cost upon request. Parking is not provided. Feel free to find an available space outside the building. The restaurant in the building is absolutely delicious and it’s open from December to April. Smoking and Ski shoes are not allowed in the building. Please do not leave heaters on when the flat is unoccupied as it is a fire risk. The apartment is suitable for small children but bedding is not available. If you need to exchange money, make sure you only use banks or Crown bureaux. Nearest ATM is Piraeus Bank outside the adjacent mall. Ski/ Bike Rental shops and schools are conveniently next to the building and near Gondola base station.
