WALK OUT THE DOOR ON TO STUNNING GRACE BAY BEACH. Beautifully appointed two bedroom condo located on the best beach in the world. Convenient to restaurants, groceries, and shops. Quiet 18 unit complex away from the bustle of the large resorts.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Local taxes are included in rental price. Well appointed condominium on ground floor with screened patio perfect for morning coffee and gazing at the beach. Large open floor plan from fully equipped kitchen to living room with large screen TV. Large dining table for six. Rental managers on the island are available at all hours for any questions or problems. They are also great for information about excursions and restaurants. Jay, the rental manager, and Jing, the housekeeper lives on the island. The property is located at the best spot on Grace Bay Beach between the very exclusive Grace Bay Club and Royal West Indies. It is the deepest part of the beach and uncrowded. There is never a need to hustle to grab a beach chair. There are wonderful restaurants and bars on either side of the complex and close by on Grace Bay Road. Pelican Bay is next door at Royal West Indies with breakfast, lunch dinner and live music Thursday nights. Grace Bay Club has a spectacular Infinity Bar with lantern lit seating and fire pits in addition to their restaurant called Fin. Just down the road are our favorite restaurants, Coco Bistro and Caicos Cafe. The unit has its' own parking spot if you choose to rent a car. The rental managers, the Haggie's have cars available at reasonable rates. There are also other traditional rental car companies on island. It is not necessary to have a rental car as there are plenty of restaurants, shops, groceries, bakery, coffee shop within walking or biking distance. We do recommend one to truly explore the island, if even for a day or two. Taxis are expensive as they are all large vans predominantly for transporting people to and from the airport. Snorkeling or diving outfitters will pick you up at the complex for any day trips.
