Welcome to stay in my apartment located in Midsommarkransen in Stockholm. A calm area with some restaurants, nice cafés and bars . It´s a park in front of the building and 20 min to reach the water for pick nick or swim. You reach the vibrant neighbourhood Södermalm just in 5 min and the citycenter in 10 min easy with the subway. You will rent the whole apartment private, while I move out. The apartment has 37,5 m3 with a balcony. There is one 140cm bed and a bed sofa in the same size. A bathroom with a bath tube and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a microwave, toaster and water kettle. It´s possible to get at 2 copies of keys. You can call me on my phone during you stay if you need my help. In my house everyone is caring about each other and the building. We have a good neighbor relations and show each other respect. If you wonder something you can always ask anyone. You reach the subway easy (red line, Midsommarkransen) with just 5-10 minutes walk. With the train you reach central of Södermalm in 5 minutes and city (T-centralen) in 10 minutes.
