Located 5min walking from the Kite Surf Point & 1km from Paracas National Park. This unit features a fully stocked kitchen, indoor + outdoor dining, a BBQ, 2 bedrooms, & a laundry room. The Master has a King & ensuite bathroom. The 2nd room has a Queen + 2 bunk beds, ideal for kids. There is fast fiber internet, a 55" TV, & lastly, we are pet friendly! Guests can see the layout in the picture description. This unit differs from other units as it is on the first floor, and has grass areas in the front, ideal for relaxing or letting your pet roam outside without being in the common areas. It also has a fun surfer vibe, as the owners love kitesurfing! The entire unit is private for guests. There are shared areas outside of the unit, within the condo complex, that form part of Kite Club. These common spaces include a full gym, coworking, 40m lagoon and fresh water pools. They are to be enjoyed at anytime during your stay! Santo Domingo is the relaxed, sports enthusiast area of Paracas. The center of Paracas is more touristy, but in Santo Domingo, you have easy access to the ocean for kitesurfing and to the nature reserve, la Reserva, for running and biking. You can get a taxi or mototaxi into town, by texting a few of our recommended taxistas. Or, ask about renting a moto or scooter, we may have one available! Lastly, the most comfortable option is renting a car, ask us for recommendations on renting cars. It will cost about 25usd/day.
