Our sun-filled, spacious home is close to Dorado beach (5 min walk) and has what you're looking for: safe neighborhood, short walk to the beach, a/c in all rooms, salt water pool, new appliances, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, whole-house mesh Wi-Fi, smart TVs (no cable TV), solar panels/Tesla batteries, backup water cistern, and a covered bar/patio with a grill to spend your day or night. A perfect family beach vacation house. The moment we saw this house we fell in love with the natural light, the pool area, 5 min walk to the beach, and how spacious it is! Plus, this is a great street filled with nice neighbors. You can easily have 10 people in the house and not be on top of each other. The house is in the gated community of Dorado del Mar that also has restaurants, casino, gaming center, and bowling alley. This is great house for a family vacation. Our guests have complete access to the property. There are no other buildings on the property nor will there be other guests. Our family loves spending time on the island so we're happy to answer any questions about your upcoming stay. We're also available to make sightseeing recommendations and help with travel plans. This is an awesome neighborhood! Dorado del Mar is a very safe gated community right on the beach. Next to the community is a shopping center complete with a 24/7 supermarket, restaurants, and other shops. Across the street are both Walgreens and CVS. There is also a Starbucks about a half mile from the entrance to the community. Plus, the great thing is that you don't need a car once you get here! There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and pharmacy. We do recommend renting a car during your stay so that you can travel to other beaches, the awesome natural features on the island, or Old San Juan. Dorado del Mar is a quiet, gated community on the Dorado beach. Loud behavior/partying is not permitted. The house has solar panels and 2 Tesla batteries in the event of a power outage during your stay. In addition, there are exterior security cameras that monitor the front of the house, the alley next to our house, and the rear fence. We installed the security cameras for the safety of our guests. No other areas are monitored. These areas are monitored at night only. Also note that we do not have cable TV - we have smart TVs so you can login to your favorite streaming services.
