Want a condo with beach access and a pool? Look no further! Roca del Mar is in Las Brisas, where there is a constant breeze. The condos all face west, can you say "sunset"? Manzanillo is Mexico's largest port city, and Casita Alegría is near the mouth of the port where you can watch the container ships enter and leave the port. It is nothing more than amazing. Unlike many other Mexico beaches, Roca del Mar is quiet, calm and not filled with tourists. Perfect for swimming/kayaking/SUPing. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king bed with ocean views, and an ensuite. The guest bedroom can be made up with 2 twin beds or they can be pushed together to make a king bed. There is ample closet space in both units. Both bathrooms are very large. There is at least one bathtub. The living room is open and spacious, with amazing views and a constant breeze. The kitchen is equipped with everything one may need to create a wonderful meal. Guests have access to the Roca del Mar pool (be sure to read the condo and house rules), which include chairs and use of the palapas. Guests also have access to the beach in front of the condominiums. I will be available via messaging but will not be there in person. Any issues can be managed by the front office staff. Las Brisas is one of Manzanillo's hip neighborhoods. Smooth streets, clean, safe, and home to Manzanillo's Restaurant Row Roca del Mar, located in Las Brisas, is a walkable neighborhood. Becoming Restaurant Row, there are many walkable restaurants of varying cuisine. The street is closed on Friday nights for an evening crafts market. Street parking is easy and ample.
