The gorgeous stonework by the entrance sets the secluded, yet exciting atmosphere of this property. Surrounded by hundreds of tropical trees and flowers, you will immediately soak in the beauty and comfort of this residence. Each villa has its own kitchen with splendid stainless steel appliances, pull out drawers and an area to gather. Furthermore, each room has large windows for a natural breeze, but are equipped with Air Conditioning units as well. The 4th bedroom in the main villa has various views, including ocean views, lush garden views and a view of the outdoor entertainment area. With lots of ample space, the terrace has a pool table, ping pong table, foosball and shuffleboard games - the ultimate entertainment spot! The terrace also has an outdoor shower and bathroom, a bar, and infinity pool. The property is ideal for both entertaining a group or quietly enjoying a Caribbean vacation with friends and family. Guests will only have access to the villas/apartments that they book. Two guests per villa/apt. $200 each per night for extra beds/villas All guests will have access to all the common outdoor spaces and amenities This is a residential area so no loud music aloud We are available upon request for whatever you need. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra cost of $100 plus $20 per each guest per day The property is perfectly located, situated behind Simpson Bay, close to the airport, and within a 5 minute walk of St. Martin's best beaches, bars, restaurants and action. We have a large parking area for your rental cars. Beaches, restaurants and nightlife are a 5 minute walk away or you can call for a local taxi.
