When you walk in the front door you’ll see the living room and kitchen both well-lit with floor to ceiling windows facing the Hudson River. The couch, conveniently pulls down into a queen Murphy bed after you stow away the 4 cushions that make up the couch. Through the kitchen you’ll find the bathroom which has a bathtub shower so you can either enjoy a bath, or shower. Across the hall, you’ll have access to a washer/dryer. At the end of the unit will be your spacious main bedroom which has a queen bed as well as a twin Murphy bed which you can pull down from one of the two double door closets. Enjoy the outdoors or fresh air with an attached balcony off the bedroom. Currently our building elevator is not operational. There is a one flight of stairs to get to and from your unit. Guests will be able to enjoy access to the garage should they need access to parking as well as the rental unit. Host also lives in the building and, if available, will be happy to assist with anything needed during guest’s stay! Enjoy all that Edgewater has to offer! Across the street you’ll conveniently have access to a CVS, Five Guys, Haven, Pier 115, and others! There’s a Whole Foods on both sides of the town, as well as Acme, Trader Joe’s, Target, Starbucks, etc If you’re up for some pampering, 2 minutes down the road is the famous Sojo Spa! If you’re in town to tour Nyc, you’ll find a bus stop 30 feet from the entrance of your stay. To go into the City, you can take buses 156,158 or 159. The buses take cash only, or else purchased tickets via the NJ transit app. For help with this, your host is willing to assist!
