This is the only 2 bedroom unit in the building and the only one with a balcony and a grill. All units have some shared space in front, where you can sit and people watch. Some property managers list this as part of their square footage (Unit 10!), but I do not. It's common area; therefore it's shared area. Easy walking to many amenities (dive shops, dining, the beach, etc.) The West Bay Mall has parking for it's tenants, plus you can rent a vehicle or scooter/motorcycle from Captain Van's Rentals on the main level. The best feature of my rental condos, is that I have a business in the same building. It's called Captain Van's Rentals, and my staff are there from 9AM - 7PM to help and answer any questions. I am personally not on the island full time; but my staff are within 30 feet of your door. West Bay.. Voted as one of the 10 TEN beaches in the Caribbean, and the best beach to snorkel from in the Caribbean. Your condo? A mere 200 metres from the beach. You are also far enough away from the beachfront resorts, in order to lessen the evening noise and sounds emanating frequently from these places. On the main level, just below the condos is Captain Van's Rentals and More; offering vehicles as well as scooters and motorcycles to rent. Check us out online. We also offer optional airport/ferry pickup and dropoff, for guests who want shuttle transportation. Ask about our optional grocery stop that can be added as a stop on the way to the condo.
