Located in the picturesque neighborhood of Cayo Hueso, and in the vicinity of the main tourist areas of the city; a few meters away are the Malecon, the Hamel´s alley and the University of Havana. Jewel of the 1940´s architecture, with floors, carpentry and original structures of the time, but with contemporary and comfortable interior design. Tall windows and balconies provide very good lighting and natural ventilation. It has access to a viewpoint on the roof of the building. It is an apartment of 80 square meters that has a kitchen-dining room and living room all integrated in the same space with balcony to the main street. Three independent rooms but interconnected by interior doors that can be locked at will. All rooms have windows with direct view of the street and two of them have a balcony, all are easily accessible from the living room. The two bathrooms of the apartment are common to the three bedrooms but the main bathroom can be made independent to the third bedroom. The property has a common area on the roof where we have a sun terrace and gazebo. Our guests will have total independence in their stay in the apartment, at the same time we will be available at any time to help them and advise them on what they need or service they request. As host, I must clarify that for reasons of work abroad, sometimes I will not be present to receive guests personally, although I will always be in contact to answer any questions or requests via any of the communication channels that appear on Airbnb. In these cases in which I will not be present, my cousin Manuel Vinardell, my friends Marco Machado, Alian or Raul Fiol, and my uncle Peter, will attend you, they are people of my total confidence that will be aware of all our exchange, they have experience in the attention to the guests and will be at your entire disposal. The Jovellar street and its surroundings in Centro Habana, is a central area of the city that has social and architectural influences, both from the modern part with the Vedado a few minutes walking to the west and the Old Havana to the east. This transition that takes place in less than 1,9mi in a coastal environment due to its proximity to the Malecon 3 blocks away, makes the place a site of intense cultural confluence, streets with lots of spirit where we find all kinds of representations of Cuban society and its traditions, with marked tourist touches due to the interest that visitors show in these areas. Due to its proximity to many of the main tourist areas of the capital, the movement is something quite simple. Many of the places of interest are within walking distance. In addition to the transportation services we offer, nearby are the main arteries of the city in which there is high traffic(not traffic jam). We can gladly give you details about any concerns you may have regarding this subject through prior consultations or at any time during your stay.
