It is located just 50 meters from Guasacate beach and offers 4 private, cozy rooms, that can each accommodate 2 people. Every room has one Queen size bed, a private bath, private roof top terrace equipped with hammocks and rocking chairs. This terrace is perfect for a morning coffee, afternoon siesta or sunset viewing. All guests have access to a shared guest outdoor kitchen as well as a communal garden. We offer complimentary filtered water, towels, toiletries and WiFi. - All guests have access to a shared outdoor kitchen and an outdoor garden. - There is ample of free street parking right outside Red Pepper. - You will find the famous Popoyo wave just a quick 5 minute walk down the beach. - Plenty of other activities like surf lessons, yoga lessons, fishing trips, local village tours, horseback riding can be arranged upon request. We are a lovely Dutch couple and even though we live on the premises you will feel secluded in your private cabaña. However we are always here to assist you in any way we can. From telling you all the surf spots or to getting some fresh fish right on your doorstep. We are located on an untouched 2 km strip of beach just outside of Las Salinas village. Our beach is called Guasacate and is in the Tola districts of Rivas. A true surfers paradise with the famous Popoyo just 5 minute walk away, Magnific Rock, Santana, Astillero, Collorado and more a quick drive away. Plenty of restaurants are just outside Red Pepper, from local fare to some more exotic flavors. It is a quiet and sleepy strip of the beach where you can enjoy some of the best waves of the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua. It is relatively easy to get a taxi, bicycle, moto rental to get around if you are traveling without a car. From Managua or Rivas you can either take a bus (which will take you some time) or easily get a taxi. Please mention it to us so we can organize your pick up and the best price possible. Price from Managua airport ranges anywhere from $100 to $175 depending on the amount of people. Our guesthouse is small and can accommodate only 8 people at one time. Please be mindful of other guests and respect our quite time after 10 PM.
