We live in a neighborhood 15 - 20 minutes south of Cincinnati, 20 east of the Airport, 30 minutes east of the Creation Museum and about 45 minutes north of The Ark Encounter. It is a quiet neighborhood. This is our primary residence, but we love having visitors and have hosted people for years. This upstairs room is in a 5 bedroom house that overlooks the woods and creek in our backyard. It has a full sized bed along with a large screen ROKU TV. We have installed room darkening shades in this bedroom so it is ideal for day sleepers. It has a Large desk and a large closet. This bedroom has shared access to a full bathroom right next door and a half bath downstairs and full bathroom in the basement. The eat in kitchen, dining room and living room are shared areas. There is also a laundry room available. One of us is close by or in the house most of the time. We love meeting and getting to know our guests. And we are almost always available by text or call. We also offer a rental car should you need one. I can send you the link upon booking. We have a Chrysler Pacifica and a Toyota Highlander through Turo. This is a suburban neighborhood with sidewalks and on-street parking. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are about 100 houses in the neighborhood with three streets. We live off a busier street that also has sidewalks. There is a park about a mile north and shopping/restaurants that you will pass on the way to our house. It is surrounded by trees and pretty quiet. You will sometimes see raccoons, opossum, hawks, foxes, rabbits, lots of squirrels, chipmunks, hummingbirds, and various other birds. We live just south of Taylor Mill, KY in an area called South Covington. It is about 2 1/2 miles south of I-275 from exit 79. Cincinnati and the Ohio River are about 5 miles or 20 minutes north of us. The bus service is very limited and a car is recommended, although we are serviced by Uber, Lyft, and taxies. We have a kitty cat named Jimmy that loves to greet all our guests. It is a quiet space for the most part as we have people sleeping at all times of the day. Parking is located on the on the street across from our house. There is a smart lock for the front door that I can program with a 4-digit code of your choice. If I have time, I can also program it into the bedroom lock as well, otherwise I will assign you the code(s).
