Great place to relax and rest after a day of exploring all Cancun has to offer; good for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and friends group! Our Property Manager met you on the way home to guide you home! We have 3 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 2.5 baths, kitchen/dining and living room, with a rooftop terrace, a small terrace out front and a small deck over the pool. The home can park two cars. The home can fit 8 guests comfortably with 4 twin size beds, 1 king size bed, 1 full size futon. We have 2 queen size inflatable mattresses (for above 8 people). The house has air conditioning in the three bedrooms, and ceiling fans throughout the house. We have a gas range, washer and dryer, 4 smart TV, 1 Apple TV, bluetooth speaker, iron, hair dryer, stove, refrigerator, oven toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, tableware, pans, silverware, cold and hot water dispenser and a large electric hot water heater so you'll never run out. The house have security cameras in the patio and exterior area. The home is located in the gated community of Los Naranjos, with 24 hour security, in the town of Alfredo V. Bonfil. You need access card. Our Property Manager personally check in our guest. She can guide you to our home (No pick up you, she can meet you on the way home). You need to show her all guest ID, and she gives you the keys, access card and show you details and amenities in the house. The entire home is yours to use. We highly recommended to rent a car, there´s no public transportation neither cab near home. Uber is not legal in Cancun. Monday and Thursday our pool man clean the pool. You don't need to stay home. We are available via the AirBnB app, phone, email, iMessage, whatsaap, or any other messaging options, whatever is convenient for you. We will give ample notice to you in case we need to come over for an emergent repair or service. Very quiet community. Alfredo V. Bonfil is a suburb of Cancun, located between downtown Cancun and the airport. The town has a main street that is as "real" Mexican as it gets in Cancun. There you can find a wide variety of services and food, especially fresh corn tortillas (a kg of tortillas is about US$1 these days!) and some amazing bbq and tacos. Bonfil is also close to Cumbres shopping center and La Roca, which have very good mid-to upscale restaurants. The Superama supermarket is also located there, where you can find pretty much everything you need. Get out and explore the local area in between your sightseeing trips here in Cancun! Our favorite food in Bonfil downtown: Pork chicharron (mornings) Esquites (night only) BBQ Chicken and Ribs at "El pechugón" (for lunch). Fruit ice palettes Corn Tortillas (the best are in Bonfil!) A rental car is almost a must here in Cancun, unless you stay at one of the all-inclusive resorts. Note that Uber is prohibited in Cancun. No public transportation neither stores walking distance.
