Just 9 mins to Bryson City, 12 mins to Harrah’s Casino, 15 mins to the Great Smoky Mountains, and an hour to Gatlinburg and Asheville, this beautiful riverfront home is the perfect place to make memories and relax. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen or BBQ out on the back deck, there are multiple eating areas to choose from. Relax in the hammock, listening to the river rushing by as you take in the beauty, tranquility, and fresh mountain air, and make new memories with friends and family. The entire home and property. Free parking is onsite for 6 cars. If you need anything during your stay, I am available by email or text. This rural, mountain area is known for all the fun outdoor activities it offers. From hiking trails and waterfalls, tubing, kayaking, fishing, river rafting for all levels, zip lining, and cycling, to all the many beer taprooms, ‘small town feel’, and the famous Polar Express and train tours. Every season is unique and has tons to offer! As this is the mountains, please understand there are pests and wildlife. Don't be surprised to see elk walking through the grounds (please do not approach them). There is a rushing creek on the grounds you can walk and fish in. The train sometimes goes by and can be heard throughout the area and Bryson City. Our neighbors have dogs and chickens. In the winter season all greenery is dormant, and looks dead, exposing neighboring homes. There is no garbage disposal, so please don't put anything down the drain. The toilet has a septic tank system so please, no foreign matter to be put inside the toilet. All trash to be put inside a bag before throwing it in the big blue garbage bin to avoid being fined. The mountains and our home are a must for any and all seasons.
