There area a couple of bars/restaurants you can easily walk to on the beach. Tons of excellent dining and entertainment options within a few miles including John's Pass. A big part of the appeal of this unit is the 'wall of glass' effect. As this unit does not face the sunrise and is higher than any surrounding buildings for privacy, we have opted to maximize the views and not install curtains.
