Located on the ground floor, the apt is very spacious with a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is a king-size bed, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bed has a mosquito net and can be un-zipped to split into 2 single beds. En-suite bathroom and a large sea-view patio. There are louvered windows with mosquito screens to allow benefiting from the constant cool sea breeze. The apartment is in a detached building, with a secluded private pool, spectacular sea views and a short walk from most amenities from shops to beach. The pool is private to the property but shared among the apartments. Also the pool is little used due to the beach being nearby. Guests have access to all outdoor areas, e.g. pool, car parking and gardens. Access is also available to the large laundry room at the back of the property. The laundry room is opened when the housekeeper is present, Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm. Help is always available during your stay. Cheli (housekeeper) is present 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri. The manager/owner lives 1 minutes drive away and is easily contactable by telephone or email. At last resort you can walk 3 minutes and knock on my door. We are located in the quiet residential part of Rodney Bay, with very easy access to the bus routes and local amenities. The combination of excellent location, moderate pricing, good clean facilities and spectacular sea views make this property very good value for money. The A1 bus route which runs from Gros Islet to Castries is 2 minutes walk away. Buses run on average every 2 minutes during the daytime and every 5 - 10 minutes at night. There is a public taxi rank opposite Bay Gardens Hotel, 2 minutes walk away and is opened all day and night, Mon - Sun. TOURS To make your holiday more interesting we have a list of recommended tours which can all be arranged for you upon request, before arrival or when in St Lucia. Our tour rep can visit you on the morning after arrival to orientate you with local amenities and tours. TAXI TRANSFER We can arrange airport transfer for you on arrival to help make your journey as stress free as possible (recommended). Our driver, Tony, will know the address of the villa and will be provided with the door key for weekend and late check-ins. If making your own way to the villa we will supply you with directions (as most streets in St Lucia do not have names) and make arrangements for key collection. We need you to complete our online Taxi Transfer form so that we have all your correct travel details. Should you wish to be collected by our driver please indicate this on the form and payment will have to be made before you travel. CAR HIRE If you are interested in car hire we are linked to a reputable car hire company and you can get a 10% discount if the booking is done through our web-site. Vehicles can either be collected at the airport or delivered to the villa.
