A large wrap-around lanai, accessible from the living room and master bedroom, adds to the view. In addition to the HD TV & Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room there is a also a HD TV in the master bedroom. Surf the web with the Wi-Fi signal provided. The master bathroom features a large walk-in tiled shower with glass doors, while the guest bath has a tub/shower. A half bathroom has been added in the entry hallway. Royal Kahana is an ocean front resort and is walking distance to shops and restaurants including Maui Brewing Co, China Boat, Dollie's Pub and Cafe and the Beach House Kahana. Check in time is 3pm. Guests must check in at the front desk to register rental car (if applicable). At this time they are open 7:30am to 6:30pm. This condo has a key-less entry lock. The code will be emailed to you one to two weeks prior to your arrival as part of your arrival information. I won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app. The Royal Kahana is an ocean front property. All units have central A/C. Next door to the Valley Isle Resort, it is walking distance to many shops and restaurants including Maui Brewing Co, where we make our local beer, Dollies, Village Coffee, even MacDonalds if you are so inclined ☺. There’s not always a sandy beach in front of this property, however, there is a beach access about a 4 minute walk down the street at Sands of Kahana. Historic Lahaina Town is a 13 minute drive to the south, Kaanapali is about half way in between. A rental car is recommended. Nearby Beaches to Royal Kahana: 1) Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): Generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills and large grassy area 2) Honokowai Beach Park: Great for snorkeling due to shallow, reef protected beach, Children’s playground area, plenty of shade, tables and BBQ grills 3) Pohaku Park (S-Turns): Calmer during summer months, sandy and rocky shoreline, picnic tables
