Chilaks, is a spectacular new (2020) beachfront property in Punta de Mita's Playa Careyeros. Created to be a place to chill & relax, with just 2 very private & beautiful beachfront guest suites, it will never feel crowded. The infinity pool overlooking the secluded beach, with our own private access, make it feel like your very own private resort. Our boutique property provides a level of privacy and relaxation that is hard to find in a big resort or hotel. Hammocks, lounge chairs, ocean breezes, & bird song will all contribute to your ability to unwind and recharge. Floating about in our saltwater pool is an incredible experience, especially at sunset. Our guests have access to the pool, pool deck with bathroom and hot water shower, outside kitchen/bbq/dining area, the garden and of course the beach! Each suite has its own private terrace looking over the property and the beach. We live on the property with our dog and two kitties. We love to share our knowledge of the area, our favorite restaurants, and our favorite things to do. We can assist with arranging activities for our guests to enjoy, if desired. Chilaks is located on one of the most spectacular beaches in the entire Bahia Banderas area. Starting your day with a walk on the beach in the morning is an amazing experience of its own. You will often only see 1 or 2 other people. In spite of the secluded feel, we are only a few minutes from the restaurants & shopping of Punta de Mita, Sayulita, and San Pancho. We have two excellent restaurants on our street, each within walking distance. Taxis are readily available, but we recommend a rental car for exploring the area. There are 4 restaurants open now on our street within walking distance. There are many more within a few minutes drive.
