A private room means you may live in a house with others but have your own bedroom. I am hosting the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom condominium in a gated community with a swimming pool. First floor houses the kitchen and living space. Second floor has the 2 bedrooms one of which is for the host. The second bedroom with a private bathroom rented out to the guests. Kindly as much possible refrain from using the common spaces like the living, kitchen and Dining. we want our space to remain ours. Closest to the world famous Gracebay beach, just at around 5 mins walking distance. 5 mins away from salt mills plaza and the Dannybouys. Closest to the restaurants like grouper, fresh catch, Bella Luna, lupos, Garam masala, pizza pizza and many more. At walkable distance are the Gracebay car rentals, bicycles and scooter rentals. Scotia bank and first Caribbean banks with their ATM's are open even on Sunday's. Private gym in salt mills plaza. Also close enough to beaches, seven stars, Ritz Carlton and many other resorts. Swimming pool, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker in the open kitchen. No cooking allowed- you can make your coffee, toast or heat your food but no cooking. Kindly note, my place is for travelers , who are on budget and are travellust/wanderlust people. Air condition will be turned on only during the night. We are courteous people, would suggest when asked for, or if you prefer to be to yourself, We will definitely respect your stay and give you your space. It's a quiet neighborhood, with many of them being vacation rental homes. It’s a gated community. It’s safe to walk around at any time. Good location. If you are looking for an affordable, home away from home and free of all stress of traffic, work load, trust me this is the place for you! It's walkable to the beach and Gracebay area. Guests will be advised about the same on their arrival. We use USD as the sole currency, and we advise to exchange your currency before coming. Power outlets & plugs are just like in the States. European & South American visitors need to get their converters/ adapters. We drive on the left as in the UK, but we have some crazy drivers. Be careful. For travel on weekends especially Saturday, No masks required on United flight into Provo, but had to mask up when entering the terminal. Highly recommend getting Sky Pass. This will help you bypass the EXTREMELY long and winding lines to get through Immigration (if you’re arriving on a Saturday). Upon arrival, they haphazardly wind you around “line” in a tent before going into the terminal to wait in another line. After clearing immigration, you then have to literally find your checked bags. All of the airlines put all of the bags together, there is no organization. After getting bags, Sky Pass will again get you to the front of the next line for customs. We do our best to be as environmentally friendly as we can. Being on a small island , water is very precious, please help us by being mindful of your water consumption. We’ll provide you with little tips that can be helpful in water saving :) It is up to your discretion but we highly recommend you to bring reef friendly sunscreen as chemicals found in sunscreen have a huge impact on the health of the corals and all marine life !
