The apartment is very cozy, spacious and comfortable. It is located in the neighborhood of El Vedado, and two blocks away from the Malecón, it is a perfect place to enjoy beautiful sunsets. In the surroundings, you will find theaters, restaurants, night clubs, exchange offices, banks, taxis and a supermarket. It is a comfortable place for couples, families with children, friends and business travelers. Hotel Cohiba and Hotel Riviera are nearby. It is just 15 minutes away from Old Havana by taxi or a classic car. We have two bedrooms with double beds and air-conditioning. The third bedroom is not completely independent and it has a single bed. Besides it has a living room, a dinning room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a very nice terrace to have breakfast or rest at sunset. The building is small (it only has three floors) which makes a friendly environment with the neighbors. All services are inside the apartment. Guests enjoy total freedom. However, I am accessible at any time, ready to respond to any problem it may arise. Av. Paseo is one of the most famous avenues in town, it has a long wooded area that invite you to walk and admire the architectural beauty and elegance of the houses and building of El Vedado. Another important spot of El Vedado is La Rampa, or calle 23, the center of La Habana life, with movie theaters, hotels, restaurants, craft fairs, night clubs and important ministries and tourism agencies. The Plaza de la Revolución and the Cemetery, the Hotel Nacional are one of the most important places to visit in the neighborhood. There is a taxi service one block away from the apartment, next to Hotel Cohiba Meliá. Besides, we are just at a walking distance of Calle Línea, an important route of public transport, there you will find buses and "almendrones" (classic cars), very nice shared taxis because they are cars from the fifties. We do not have parking available, but if you need it, we can help you find a please nearby where you can park.
