Please note that the 7th guest will be charged 9 USD per night for an extra guest fee. This helps cover the cost of extra bedding, towels, laundry, supplies, and facility use. In the living room TV, you can watch YouTube, Thai TV channels, CNN International, BBC World News, Al Jazeera English, Bloomberg, and CCTV 4.Moreover, you can watch kids and entertainment channels such as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and many HBO-related channels. Donation Campaign We use a portion of our Airbnb earnings to donate 1-2 bikes to less-fortunate students in the surrounding area of our place every year (typically on Children's Day in Thailand, the second Saturday in January). We choose to donate a bike to encourage environmentally sustainable, money-saving, and exercise behaviors. We have donated hundreds of books and ten bicycles. You can access the entire space. Our pool has a size of 3.5 x 6.5 meters with a depth of 127 centimeters and 163 centimeters. Our fully furnished villa includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an internet router and Wi-Fi connection. We provide fresh bed linens, brown or blue beach towels for your use at the pool and beach, and white towels for baths. We also include two beach baskets with mats, some beach toys for kids, and complimentary drinking water, coffee, eggs, and fruit upon your arrival. We provide a free weekly cleaning service. You can request additional cleaning services from us; however, we kindly request that you let us know at least two days in advance. The additional cleaning service is charged at 600 baht per time and includes changing the bedding. Electricity and water are all included in this price for a stay of less than 28 nights. For stays of more than 27 nights or when you receive a monthly discount on Airbnb, electricity will be charged at 6 baht per unit. Water will be charged 10 baht per unit. Weekly cleaning service is still included. The electricity bill for this villa is 4,000–5,000 baht per month. However, it could be up to 7,000 baht per month, depending on your usage. Please note that if you would like a special offer for custom dates (a week & more), we will send you the offer that does not include electricity and water fees. We live 30 minutes away by car but we can assist you in person if needed. This villa is located in the Ao Nang area. It is 2 km from Ao Nang Beach. - 1-minute walk to an Italian restaurant which is opposite the villa, open from 5-10 p.m. Close on Sunday. - 170 meters to Emerald Muay Thai Gym. - 650 meters to restaurants, bars, and shops. - 1 km to Makro Ao Nang. - 1.1 km to a local market (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday only) - 1.3 km to Tesco Ao Nang. - 17 km to Krabi Town - 25 km to Krabi airport. Food delivery by Grab, Foodpanda, and WESERVE are available in the Ao Nang area. Parking is available at the villa. If you would like to travel, we can help you to arrange a taxi (Hyundai VIP minivan for 6 passengers / Toyota Commuter for up to 10 passengers) or a tuk-tuk. We can assist you in finding the scooters for rent. Please let us know before the check-in date if you would like to request a baby cot (weight limit: 15 Kg) or a high chair, no additional charge is required.
