Welcome to Regal Beach Unit 234 located on the infamous and breathtaking Seven Mile Beach in the Cayman Islands This third-floor, two-bedroom, and two-bathroom condo (1,200 Sq ft/112 Sq m.) will whisk you away to the exquisite tropics where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and the breathtaking sunsets. This condo has all the comforts of home. Step into the brand new, fully equipped modern kitchen, with updated appliances, utensils, and all the amenities that you would need to prepare your meals. Enjoy the open-concept living and dining space where you can host an intimate dinner, get cozy in the deep-seated couch or swivel chair to curl up and read your favorite book or sit under the stars on the screened-in patio and unwind with the evening breezes. You can slip into the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for some extra privacy. It is the perfect spot to unwind with a king-size bed and a flat-screen smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV with the guest bathroom only steps away. There is a comfortable queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room for extra guests. The unit will sleep 5 people. After a long day on the white powdery beach, you can come inside and play a few board games, watch some classic Netflix and Amazon movies on the large flat-screen smart TV, enjoy free Wi-Fi, Chromecast, and Screen-Share to play your favorite video games from your personal mobile or laptop computers. Stay connected with the phone service where you can make free local and long-distance calls and there are built-in USB plugs in both bedrooms and kitchen to power all gadgets. Don’t pack too much in your suitcases as this unit provides snorkelling equipment, beach chairs & umbrellas, floating devices, and kid's toys for the beach, hair dryers, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is also a brand-new full-size washer and dryer for your convenience and iron to smooth out wrinkles. This well-kept complex has two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi/whirlpool, two gas BBQs, a lighted tennis and pickleball court, a basketball hoop, a fitness room, and all racquets and balls to play your favorite game. You will also have access to an on-island property manager to assist you on your vacation and optional maid service upon request (except Sundays and holidays). It is important to note that the southern end of Seven Mile Beach has been experiencing some migratory sand shifting. The properties south of Seven Mile Beach including Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical, and changing situation. Situated on Seven Mile Beach near George Town, there are many restaurants and the beautiful Camana Bay mall in a 5-15 minute walk. If you have not rented a car, there is the public bus that will pick you up right in front of Regal Beach Club for as little as KYD $2.50. If you want to rent a car for a day or two, there is Andy's Rent-A-Car across the street. We provide all your beach accessories to travel to different beaches around the island. Includes Beach chairs, umbrellas, blanket, cooler and thermos.
