Walk to Stickney Point Restaurants/Bars/Rentals/Marina Casa Blanca is located beach side on Midnight Pass and has onsite property management, cleaning team maintenance crew, laundry facilities, private beach (complimentary lounges & restrooms in breezeway), HEATED community pool with restrooms, and community room (library, pool table and ping pong). ***Remember from the fire station down to Captain Curts MOST complexes across Midnight Pass DO NOT have beach access so you will need to walk, drive or take transportation to the public beach or beach access by Captain Curts. You cannot cut through the resort on the beach side. We are beach side with a HUGE PRIVATE BEACH. Our villa is a stand alone (does not share any walls with other units) with a great screened in lanai and 8 ft slider that completely opens, nice sized open floor plan with ceramic wood look flooring throughout, comfortable furnishing, a fully equipped kitchen w/bar seating, king sized bed, large bedroom closets (luggage and clothes racks in closet), pull out couch, air mattress, pack and play, cable, wifi, 2 new smart TV's, beach cart and "toys", cooler, brand new outdoor shower. Just park your car and enjoy your stay. Stickney Point is walkable or catch the free trolly right outside the community and go to Siesta Village (or Stickney Point). The Frog Hop is also available (they will pick you up most anywhere on the key). Their number is in our villa. Its a free service but PLEASE remember they work on tips. Parking right outside the unit. Free trolly or public transportation. You can rent bikes, scooters or golf carts in Siesta Village (bikes at Stickney Point). You can call the Frog Hop to pick you up for free BUT they do work on tips. Parking and traffic can be a little tough during peak season but if you plan on staying on the key you should not need to drive. Onsite property manager and maintenance person, laundry facilities, game room next to pool (pool table, ping pong, and books available), and rest room next to beach. We also have 2 beach chairs on the lanai for you to take to the beach, if you choose. Our lanai "party" lights are on a timer. Free trolly stops right outside Casa Blanca on both sides of Midnight Pass Rd. Walk to Stickney Point Mostly everything at Stickney Point is walkable (1/3 mile). You can catch the free trolly outside the community, call the Frog Hop, or rent bikes, scooters, golf carts and get to Siesta Village (2 miles from the community) The public beach is right up the road if you choose to go there instead of the quite private beach our community offers. Great bars and restaurants, rental companies at both the North and South "Villages". There is a marina by Stickney Point bridge for boat rentals and water activities.
