While the hotel offers a handful of amenities, the actual resort campus offers over a dozen. As a residential golf community, the villa is both minimalistic and modern in architecture. In the case you rent a vehicle, you will have two parking spots offered at no cost. Also, housekeeping services during our stay, pre-arrival grocery shopping, tours, excursions and more is offered to all those who desire convenience. Resort Fees Mandatory resort fees are $99 plus IVU (11.5%) per day per group of guests assigned to the villa. This cost is independent to the nightly rate. Note that only guests assigned to the villa will be granted resort passes and as a result have access to the resort grounds. Guests are not permitted to have visitors. Important Announcement The St. Regis Hotel has the right to admission and their main priority to serve are their guests. The hotel will begin reenforcing their occupancy guidelines. If the hotel is 70% of higher in occupancy, reservations and the use of the hotel facilities will only be available to hotel guests. You, as my guest, still have access to three other pools, plus beach access/service offered by The Beach Club.
