This house has OUTSIDE security cameras ONLY!!! Pets are not allowed. No smoking is allowed. We subscribe to a monthly pest and mosquito service, but depending on the time of year and weather conditions, that does not guarantee a bug will not make an appearance during your stay. We are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside the home. We are here for you 24/7. However, there is a bus service. IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered. Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet.
