Francisco (our house concierge) will arrange airport pick up with a professional transportation agency. Francisco will drive you back to the airport as your stay ends in our Suburban. If you need additional vehicles he will make arrangements for you (at your expense). He will do pre-arrival grocery shopping, arrange in-house massages, tennis, pickleball, as well as setting up any activities and day trips. You can arrange your golf tee times online at the following website: proshop.pun@fourseasons.com Have your credit card ready when booking tee times. -----THE VILLA----- OVERVIEW Casa Joya Del Mar is one of the Punta Mita Vacation Rentals located inside the prestigious Lagos Del Mar Estates, only 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, overlooking Banderas Bay. Our double-gated private community has 24-hour security. You can enjoy your stay year-round with individually controlled air conditioning systems for each room and a water purification system throughout the house. This luxurious 9,500+ sq. ft., airy and elegant six bedroom executive villa, is on the Punta Mita's Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus seventh fairway, only 150 yards from the beach, with ocean and golf course views from the spacious four master suites. As of October 2022, our neighbor next door began construction on a new house. While we do not anticipate any material construction noise or neusance we feel it appropriate to let our guests know. We have tall arreca palm trees between our lot (#2) and lot #3. There is also a small road between the lots and a required fence sourounding lot #3. Workers doing the construction cannot view our guests. In the unlikely event our guests find any issues with the next door construction they should immediately advise our house concierge. DINING Our staff will prepare and serve you breakfast and lunch. You pay for all food and beverages. For the evening meal, if you wish, we can arrange for a professional chef. You can pay him directly for his services ($150 per night, plus tips). Again, you pay for food and beverages. Choices for on-site dining include Large Granite Island in the kitchen, an indoor large Formal Dining Room, or the Outside Dining Area on the covered Veranda; or under the Pergola by the pool and BBQ. There are plenty of great restaurants both inside and just outside the Punta Mita gates. ENTERTAINMENT The house has flat screen TV's in each bedroom, plus the Media Room and Game Room. High speed fiber optic Wi Fi is also available, as well as Vonage telephone. The fitnes room has an elliptical, tread mill and bike, plus free weights and a TV. We can also set up our ping pong table and play cornhole throwing anytime. The media room also has has a desk and printer for anyone needing to squeeze in some office work. GUEST SUITES This Punta Mita vacation rental has four large master suites, plus a mini suite and a smaller bedroom for kids with four bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own barthroom and shower:   • Bali Master Suite - Sleeps 2 in a king bed   • Cayman Suite - Sleeps 2 in a king bed, plus up to 2 in trundle beds   • Granada Suite - Sleeps 2 in a king bed   • Shanghai Suite - Sleeps up to 4 in two queen beds   • Kauai Mini Suite - Sleeps up to 4 in two queen beds   • Bunk Room - Sleeps up to 4 children or teenagers All beds have high-end mattresses, and linens. Bathrooms have fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and hair dryers. Maximum occupancy is 16. Additional guests must have approval from the Property Manager. There may be an additioal cost for guests over 16. KITCHEN The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful solid wood cabinetry and Wolf and Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances. The large quartz island has seating for 8. OUTDOOR AREAS Enjoy swimming in a spacious heated infinity pool with three levels. Relax in the Jacuzzi overlooking the golf course and the ocean. VIEWS Our Punta Mita vacation rental has beautiful whitewater beach views. The waves crashing on the shore are visible from inside all four master suites as well as the living area and pool area. CONCIERGE Our house concierge can arrange for a massage or pedicures at the villa. You can also zip around in our two golf carts (one four and one six passenger) to your choice of four beach clubs, the fitness center and the tennis / pickleball club. We can arrange for in-house babysitting or you can take the little folks to the 'kid's club' at the Kupuri Beach Club, where you can dine and snorkel, paddle board and enjoy a long walk on the beach or rent a sail boat. VILLA STAFF This vacation rental in Punta Mita comes with a villa staff of 6. Reina is both the housekeeper and cook. Francisco will greet you at the house upon arrival. He has been the concierge at Casa Joya Del Mar for over 14 years and will orient you to Punta MIta. Raul keeps the pool and garden in pristine and clean condition. Our professional chef (Israel) has worked for the Four Seasons and his assistant (Karina) prepare breakfast and lunch on Sundays when Raina and Francisco take time off to be with their familes. Israel can prepare the dinner meal at the request of the guests for his normal fee. GETTING AROUND You are welcome to use our suburban or two golf carts inside the gated community of Punta Mita. All drivers of the golf carts and car must have a valid driver's license. PUNTA MITA VILLAGE One of the many Punta Mita walking paths will take you to the small village where you can find many outstanding beach side restaurants, or do a little shopping. PACIFICO BEACH CLUB The Pacifico Beach Club has been recently remodeled: Closest to the villa and the Four Seasons resort, the Pacifico Beach Club overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the famous “Tale of the Whale” – a natural ocean green – hole 3B! This beautiful beach club features both beach and poolside chaise lounges and a wonderful restaurant. Children’s Pool: The children’s pool has shade and features lush greenery which is so lovely in this part of Mexico. You can enjoy full food and beverage service pool or ocean side or sit under the cool “palapa” in the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant bar. There is no charge for the Pacific Beach Club, except for food and beverages. Rentals: Also available to rent for a nominal fee are: boogie boards, surf boards and kayaks.
